Viktor Ginzburg

Viktor Ginzburg is professor at the University of California in Santa Cruz. He specializes in the study of the existence of periodic orbits in Hamiltonian dynamic systems from the point of view of symplectic topology, fields in which he is an expert. He was also the head of one of the previous Laboratories.
